I use UI cheats for tweaking needs occasionally when the simulation lag does weird things, i.e. I don't use money cheats when I normally play, except in the very specific case of when my Sim orders a drink or food and the game lets someone else grab it, in which case I'll add back the money they spent using UI Cheats. What’s been your fave thing your Sims earned?
I think they were most happy to get a dance floor lol. I let mine make-over a room every time they hit $150k (after they got into the new house). We bought a water slide and a hot tub along the way and that has to be good enough for now. My sims keep wishing for a pool but we don’t have enough space yet. I also feel like it’s incredibly rewarding to earn every little thing. I started a legacy challenge and it’s been very challenging to get enough money to get them out of their starter home and into a nicer one.
My first family got by bc the mom was a Klepto and stealing/selling suits of armor on the regular lol. I saw the achievements and decided to go for all of those and not playing with cheats. Then my laptop was one foot in the grave and I didn’t play anymore.įF to a couple of months ago, decided to give it a shot on console. I bought sims 4 on launch day for PC and was so caught off guard by not having the open world and turn ons/offs, etc that I set it aside and went back to Sims 3.
